How subscriber data will be handled
Subscriptions are not open yet. This is how Pyrnova intends to handle subscriber data. A full privacy notice will be published before the first subscription is accepted, and that notice will govern.
What will be storedYour email address. If you give them: your organization, the topics you chose and how often you want to hear from us. A record of your consent: when you gave it, the form version and the wording you agreed to.
WhyTo send the publications you chose, and to be able to show that you asked for them.
How longUnconfirmed requests will be deleted after 7 days. Active records will be kept while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your details will be deleted and only a one-way fingerprint of the address kept, so that you are not emailed again.
How to unsubscribeEvery email will carry an unsubscribe link and a link to change your choices.
What will not happenThe list will not be sold or used for sales mail. It will be kept separate from customer data. Emails will carry no tracking pixels.
