See requirements forming before the solicitation is published
Pyrnova™ reads notices, spending and program records on the subjects you watch, and tells you when independent records begin to converge on the same requirement, with the evidence for each.
Why a forming requirement is easy to miss
Where the answer comes from
Converging notices, spending and program records, grouped by the subject they concern.
Whether the forming requirement matters to you, how much, and how sure Pyrnova is.
Who already holds adjacent work with the program office, and through which partners.
What a pursuit would put in motion: the capture timeline and the teaming it would need.
What you get, and the decision it supports
Developing subjects you watch
Each with its sources, how many independent records support it and how quickly it is moving.
Material Changes™ when it matters to you
A forming requirement becomes a change when it bears on your capabilities or pursuits, with materiality, confidence and gaps.
Your decision, on the record
Shape, pursue, team or watch, recorded with its owner and the evidence it was based on.
Questions
Does Pyrnova need access to our internal systems?
No. It works from the public record and the contracts, pursuits and relationships you tell it to watch. Anything you provide must fit the unclassified, non-CUI standard profile.
How is this different from a contract database?
A database returns records that match a query. Pyrnova judges which records matter to your business, says how confident it is and why, and keeps that judgement with your decision.
What happens when Pyrnova is wrong?
Every assessment states what would overturn it. When later evidence does, a new version is recorded. The earlier version and any decision made on it remain readable.
Is this a forecast?
No. Pyrnova reports what the record shows and its assessment of it, with the confidence it holds and the condition that would overturn it. It does not publish a probability it cannot support.
